If you or a family member has been arrested, detained under a warrant, or is facing imminent extradition, call now. We can advise immediately and appear in court at short notice.
+48 601 234 567Yes. We offer a free initial consultation of up to 30 minutes — by telephone, video call (Zoom, Teams, or similar), or in person at our Warsaw office. There is no obligation to instruct us after this conversation. We will give you an honest assessment of your situation and your options, and we will tell you how we can help and what the likely cost of representation would be.
Yes, absolutely. A large proportion of our clients are outside Poland at the time they first contact us — in Norway, Germany, the Netherlands, or elsewhere in Europe. We conduct consultations by telephone and video call, and we handle the full conduct of proceedings in Polish courts without requiring you to be present in Poland (except where a court requires your attendance, which we will advise you about in advance). We correspond in English and other languages throughout.
For urgent matters — arrest, detention, imminent extradition hearings — we can take instructions and begin working the same day. Call our emergency line. For non-urgent matters, we will schedule an initial consultation within 24–48 hours. Once you decide to instruct us, we will begin work immediately.
As much as possible, but do not let an incomplete picture stop you from calling — especially in urgent situations. Helpful information includes: the nature of the charges or warrant; the country where the warrant or proceedings originated; the current status (e.g., detained, released, under investigation, sentenced); any documents you have received; and your nationality and current country of residence. We will work with whatever information you have at the time of the call.
Yes. Attorney-client privilege (tajemnica adwokacka) applies from the first moment you contact us. Nothing you tell us — in the initial consultation or in any subsequent communication — may be disclosed without your consent. This obligation is absolute under Polish law and the rules of the Polish Bar (Naczelna Rada Adwokacka), and it survives the termination of any retainer.
